Yoga/Mindfulness
We are continuing to focus on kindness.
In the battle of the wolves.....how can you feed your kind wolf (instead of feeding your mean wolf)?
In addition to sending kindness to others, don't forget to also be kind to yourself:
"May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
May I be peaceful.
May I be safe.
